Art is to Live

Art is to Live was founded in 2018 with the sole mission to uplift future career artists. As AITL has grown it has become a full mentoring program routed in information sourced to help elevate the success specific to artists as well as a $2500 single scholarship.

Art is to Live supports the Columbus area within the radius of Columbus, Clintonville, Worthington and Dublin. This broad area of mission work is based in the idea of “community” as the founder and board members are all immersed within those communities with the intent to help and pay it forward to those surrounding them.

The AITL mentoring program coaches a “school year” long program focused on our “Four Core Values” — Self Evaluation, Collaboration, Breaking Stereotypes and Financial Literacy. Students must attend the program meeting, which are monthly, and at the conclusion of the program all students are able to apply for the scholarship.
