About the Founder…
Olive, Founder of Art is to Live
My name is Olive, and I’m the founder of the AITL organization. I founded this nonprofit when I was 23 when I was truly facing the facts of being an artistic professional. I wanted to be able to take my experiences, coupled with other different artists’ experiences and merge them into an opportunity to coach others. I wanted to fill the gaps of what young people truly aren’t taught when it comes to becoming a successful person.
The organization is always growing and sourcing new information. New ways to be better, new ways to grow. Part of the reason for that is I’m still a professional creative. I’m a hairstylist and own a private studio in the Worthington area. I’m within the education space in my own industry so I’m continually perfecting my ability to coach and pass along ideas of growth and opportunity. I’ve gained experience in paying off debt and building wealth from being in commission based work environments, having to take all financial loans myself as well from flipping real estate. AITL is proud to have a network of professional artists to also learn form and be able to use for experience and knowledge as we currate our program.
